Battery carrier Exhaust-pipes 1 3/4 Inches Chain-adjuster
Electrical connection is not much existing,. Those few cables and construction units could well "be hidden"in the little metal box. Exhaust-pipes like this kind aren`t possible to buy. Therefore my solution. It was a lot of work because of saws, welds and finally sand blasting, but the work was worthwhile ! Inaccurate adjusting of the driving chain has me eternally irritaded. Therefore the solution with these adjusters.
Number plate Primary-belt Footrests
The material for the number plate is from aluminum and so far it endured the vibrations. Because of the leak of the primary box , I`m using an open Norton clutch. The width of the primary belt is completely sufficient.
I dont understand the belt-width at some American-motorcycles.To much width is only an unnecessary load to the bearings!
The foot rests consists of an mixes between bought parts (Tarozzi levers) and the self made rest.
more is coming soon.....
